Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our game hosting services.
How quickly can I deploy a server?
Our automated provisioning system deploys your server in under 60 seconds. Once you complete your order, you'll receive an email with your server details and control panel access instantly.
Do I need technical knowledge to manage my server?
Not at all. Our intuitive control panel makes it easy to start, stop, restart, and configure your server with just a few clicks. We also have step-by-step guides for every popular game in our Help Centre.
What is the free trial?
We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans — no credit card required. You get full access to all features during the trial period. After 7 days, you can choose to upgrade to a paid plan or your server will be deactivated.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately with pro-rated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, all major credit/debit cards via Stripe, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.
Is there a long-term contract?
No contracts, ever. Our services are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time and you won't be charged again. We also offer discounted annual plans if you want to save.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee on your first purchase. After that, refunds are handled case-by-case. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
Will I be charged automatically?
Yes, billing is monthly on the same date you first subscribed. You'll receive an invoice email 3 days before each renewal. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard before the renewal date.
Do you support custom mods and plugins?
Absolutely. All plans include full FTP access so you can upload any mods, plugins, or custom configurations. We also support one-click mod installations for popular mod packs.
What operating systems do your servers run?
Our game servers run on optimised Linux distributions (Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and Debian 12) with kernel-level optimisations for gaming workloads. All server software is kept up to date automatically.
Can I run multiple games on one server?
Each server is dedicated to one game instance for optimal performance. However, you can create multiple servers on your account and manage them all from a single dashboard.
What control panel do you use?
We use a custom-built panel alongside Pterodactyl for advanced users. The panel includes a file manager, console, database management, and one-click backups.
Which games do you support?
We support Minecraft, Rust, ARK: Survival Evolved, Valheim, Counter-Strike 2, Garry's Mod, Terraria, 7 Days to Die, and many more. Check our Games page for the full list, and contact us if you need a game not listed.
Can I install a custom game not on your list?
Yes! Many of our plans support custom game installations. Contact our support team and we'll help you set up any game that can run on Linux.
What is the player limit?
Player limits depend on your plan: Starter supports up to 20 players, Pro up to 50, and Elite has no player limit (subject to RAM availability). You can always upgrade to accommodate more players.
Do you offer server backups?
Yes. Starter plans include daily backups, Pro plans include hourly backups, and Elite plans include real-time continuous backups. All backups are stored for 7 days and can be restored with one click.
How is my server protected from DDoS attacks?
We use multi-layered DDoS mitigation at the network edge, with volumetric and protocol attack filtering. Elite plans include advanced protection with dedicated filtering capacity. Your server IP is protected by default.
Is my data secure?
All data is stored on encrypted NVMe drives in ISO 27001 certified data centres. We never share your data with third parties. Your control panel is protected by HTTPS/TLS and optional two-factor authentication.
Does each server have an isolated environment?
Yes. All game servers run in isolated containers with strict resource limits. One server cannot access another's files or processes. Network isolation is enforced at the hypervisor level.
Didn't find your answer?
